Can I be on my parents car insurance if I am married?

I've got married recently and shifted to my husband's place which is in Arizona from Florida. Can I still be on my parents' car insurance?

That officially makes you someone else's problem, not your parents. And because of that, the answer is, officially, NO.
Moving to Arizona didn't help either,

If the vehicle you drive belongs to your parents, that would be the only exception. You'd still need to discuss the fact that you will be operating and garaging the vehicle in Arizona, even if you remain on their policy.
If the car is titled in your name, you need to register it in Arizona ASAP and insure it on a joint policy with your hubby.

There is nothing in the OP's post that even suggests that her parents have any involvement in the auto she drives.
Even if the vehicle were owned by her parents, the fact that it is being permanently garaged in another state thousands of miles away would be reason enough for most insurance companies to terminate coverage for that vehicle.
It does not mean that her parents, if they were the vehicle's owners, could not obtain insurance on the vehicle, but they would have to obtain that coverage in Arizona, and it would not qualify for a multi-car discount unless they were insuring other vehicles in that state under the same policy.
This is just another example of a "child" who refuses to accept PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for her adult role in society.
Obama managed to get Congress to write a law that gives "children" the "right" to stay on their parents' health insurance until the are almost 30 years of age (to age 26 + 36 additional months under COBRA, if the policy is group insurance). Maybe if the OP writes to Obama he'll change the law and allow "children" to stay on their parents' auto insurance, too.
