I had a car accident on dec 2012, I went to the chiro the next day of the accident for a neck pain, in july 2012 i called my insurance (because the doc told me that my insurance had not make any payment)so the agent said that they were waiting for the adjuster to look at it and by the end of july they were going to pay the bill, and I had a letter from the insurance denying my claim saying that in my police report said i had no injuries at the time of the accident.

Do you own a time machine?

You say that you called your own insurance company and that they had not paid the bills for (I guess) 7 months. What state are you in that your own carrier is paying for your medical bills? Your carrier would only pay under either PIP or Medical Payment coverage and there would be no reason for them to hold onto the bills for 7 months before paying them. Most states require that they are paid within 30 days.

Here is what I think... you did not call your own carrier 7 months before the accident asking about medical bills that happen 7 months later and it was the _other_ person's insurance company that you called. This would make it a liability claim and as such, they are free to not pay on your claim. You are also free to file suit against the at fault party for compensation. Your chances of winning then depend on state laws.
