My insurance company failed to send my SR-22 filings to the Secretary of State. I have all my papers showing there was never a lapse in my coverage. As a result my drivers license was suspended and I was arrested for driving on suspended license not knowing it had been suspended because all my payments were up to date. Can I sue my insurance company for their negligence?

SR-22s are filed with the DMV, not the Secretary of State. This is a matter for an attorney, since you were arrested and charged with a criminal offense.
