Does Oklahoma require the insurance company to add lienholders name on a check when it is a 3rd party auto accident?

No. Certainly not if the lien holder did not put them on notice at some point during the claim. Even then it's questionable.

A lienholder only has an insurable interest, so that applies to a first-party contract. Can a lienholder force you to use third-party claim money to repair a vehicle? That's something which would be found in your loan contract. Unless it was disclosed to a third-party insurer that there was a lienholder, it is unlikely that a claim check would be made to both the claimant and the lienholder, but there is nothing that legally prevents this, and insurance companies can always find out about the ownership/registration of a vehicle.
