State Farm quotes

I went to a State Farm’s office today to get a quote for my car and I was surprised to see that the quote provided by them was almost double the price I got online (from State Farm’s website). Not only this, the benefits that the agent gave me is worse than what was said online. Is this something very common or I’m missing something? I thought both the quotes would be same!!

Not enough genuine information to be able to give you an answer. Until you have a policy in hand with a stated premium, nothing is set in stone.

Perhaps because the quote obtained ‘in person’ included reports of your auto and credit score and that’s why some calculations got changed.

You should revisit the agent and ask the queries/confusions you are having. And if he/she can’t answer that, probably you need to search for another house.
