a semi ran me off the road and I lost control when I hit the gravel and ended up totaling the car so I did the claim thing as soon as I got the chance cause I couldn't right away cause I lost my phone in the wreck and then I went to the hospital and they gave me some strong meds that nocked me out but im fine I was just sore but they say they couldn't help me cause when they went to get the car it was gone but I saw it there the day before so when they called me they said they couldn't help me unless I had the car but I tried to get it back I called the cops and ask if they had it in their lots and they said no so I called the wreckers around that area and they didn't have it either so I need to know what I can do cause I feel cheated out cause im still paying for my insurance and my car

Does not add up. If the police were involved they would not have allowed the vehicle to sit, damaged, near the road. They would have had it towed to an impound lot. Obtain the police report and it will tell you where the vehicle is located.
If the police report does not indicate where the vehicle is located, report it to the police as stolen and file a claim for the theft of your vehicle.
Lastly, true using punctuation and proper sentences.

It''s a genuine shame that people who type only with their thumbs on a "smart phone" don't realize that the phone is as dumb as they are when it comes to punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
