hey there !
I'll begin by answering your question first. I'm sure you would find such policies which bar your daughter from driving your car under the present circumstances. But be sure that it would be an agreement between you and your insurer which clearly states that your daughter will not be covered by your auto policy.

Hi!
I'm sorry to say that in Louisiana thats not permissible by any means.
Most often you'll find that the people who are more likely to drive it in your absence are being assumed by your policy as instances who have your expressed or implied permission to do so. These people would obviously covered for any accident. In the event that you pass on the keys to your car to someone, you're indirectly permitting him to drive your car.
Now the bad part of this driver's exclusion is that - the excluded driver won't even be insured if he meets with an accident while driving you in an emergency !
However he may explain this permission implied in the contract to any other person and thus help it in an emergency.
take care.
