person at fault no insurance.

My car was totaled in an accident. I only have liability insurance. Person at fault has no insurance. And there is a Lienholder on their title. Since they have no insurance, Will their lienholder pay for damages made to my car?

Nope. At best the lien holder may have forced placed insurance but only to address the damage to the vehicle that they own.

The person should have been cited for no-proof of insurance. If so, they should have a mandatory court date. Your state should also then send you a form that allows you to indicate that you have not been paid by the other person (I just got mine in the mail today). The state should then suspend the person's drivers license until they can show the state that they paid for your loss.
