I was a passenger in an automobile accident. The driver of my car's insurance say the other person is at fault. The other person's insurance wants to make an offer , but half. She mentioned that she feels both are at fault. What should I do at this point?

You may want to secure the services of an atorney as, as a passenger, you should be 0% at fault. So one way or the other the other two carriers need to make you whole. If they do'nt agree, you may need to file suit. You may want to go back to your drivers carrier and asked them to make a 50% offer to make up the difference. if they won't, let them know you'd be forced to hire an attorney and then they'd have defense expense.

Don't settle witth either carrier unless you are being paid 100% of the loss.
