Scratch with $6000 in treatment is different then a broken arm with $6000 in treatment. Someone 84 with an injury is different then someone who is 15. Someone's settlement in NY would be different then someone's settlement in WY. Etc.

Ok sorry you are right. I live in California, I was driving from school to home. I'm 25 never had a problem before in my back neither a car accident. I've been going to therapy for three months, had x-ray and mri. the mri shows a desiccated disk in my S1. How much should I ask?

You need to get your facts straight, No such thing as "dessicated disk" or "S1". Sounds like you are seeing a chiropractor, and insurance companies don't like them very much,.
