I want to sue my insurance company for breach of contract or bad faith my evidence clearly proves both but I don't know where to find a lawyer that does this kind of thing.

Well then, you should hire a qualified lawyer, experienced in suing insurance companies. You should also make sure the lawyer has good references.

Turn on day time TV for 5 minutes and you will see plenty of ads.

I've hired lawyers from Elance as well as Avvo. In general, if you don't have an introduction to a lawyer then I would ask for references and ask about specific cases they've handled that are similar to your case.

TV attorneys rare have experience suing insurance companies for bad faith or breach of contract. They are mostly tort attorneys, which has nothing to do with breach of contract cases.
