EOU-QHAT DOES THAT MEAN

I'm from MD, spouse passed away last September 2014, car insurance and all cars are registered in his name, my name appears on the auto policy as covered driver. I have not notified the company of his death. Is this a problem?

Yes. The policy died with that person.
