I cashed my insurance claim the check only had my name can the Lein holder get me for fraud and the insurance company called and asked me if I cashed the check and if it's being repaired I said yes I did cash it and no it's not being repaired the Lein holder called the insurance place and asked them y The Lein holders name wasn't on the check can I get in trouble
