Hi
I just find out that the Co-op insurance policy doesn't cover things that are inside the tenants apartment. What kinda of insurance policy should i get in order to cover everything within the apartment ? Any recommendations on which providers gives that kinda of policy and how much does it cost?
Thank you very much.

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for coverage on your contents inside of your unit? All you need in that case is a simple renters policy. Most insurance companies have this type of insurance. If it is a condo and you own the unit, there is a different coverage for that. Very inexpensive and definitely a good idea.

It seems that renter's policy will do but if you want to do some fixtures at your part you can take condo insurance. The coverages offered under both HO-4 and HO-6 are same. Condo insurance will cover the contents of your home enlisted with your policy.
