Could anyone tell me what ICO & BCO and what the difference between them?

My friend..As per my knowledge an ICO is an independent co-hearing officer who is most probably a healthcare professional or anyone who actively takes part in healthcare case-review hearings & is authorized to practice medicine as also help the officer in-charge towards comprehending the health insurance issues. Hence he is a professional who has the certificate or license to act towards that. Hope that makes it a bit clear!
