I personally do not have insurance, but I wish I did. It is very expensive for me to stay on birth-control without insurance, and also if there should ever be anything wrong, i'd think twice before I go to the doctor because of how expensive it will be.
Yes, paying into insurance is expensive, but it's a small price to pay should something big happen to you... Unfortunately, it's not free in America. I was just talking to my fiance about Canada last night because they have health-care for everyone who resides there, and I think it's only fair that way...
It's ridiculous how expensive and unaffordable it is, to stay healthy. You just never know when you might need medical attention.
