Dana,
when was the accident? have you reported the accident to your insurance company? what did they say. it's very hard to tell what you may get and it could be a whie before you know as usually an investigation takes place if you're filing a medical claim

There is no way to answer this questions. Part of an answer would depend on your exact injury, medical treatment, location (No Fault state, etc), prior condition, age, etc. If you answered all of these questions in detail, then perhaps someone might be able to guess.

I'd add to the list of questions that need answered. What state? Who is/was at fault for the accident? Was there any comp negligence on you or the vehicle you are in? What treatment have you been given?

i was going south bound down the highway and the women neglected to yeild at her stop sign and hit me as i was going about 45 - 50 mile per hour. her insurance company is paying or my pain and suffering and has stated that it is her fault. now i am curious to know just exactly how much i can get. i am 7 months pregnant and was taken to the er via an ambulance i am having problems with my lower back and my chest is killing fore both air bags deployed. my husband was with and sustained a knee injury and he does lifting and hard labor for a living. i was cleared by my ob gyn but the infant did under go stress and i had to go back to the hospital the following evening.my husband and i will be going to a specialist for his knee and my back but there isnt really too much they can do for me until after i give birth. all of my medical bills are going to be taken care of thru my insurance company im just worried that they wont take me serious with the pain and suffering because i am young. what are yalls opinions.

They will too take you seriously and your husband too !
Honey, I usually don't advise this, (this might be the second time in 21 years), but given your age, pregnancy, and lay out of your posts GET AN ATTORNEY! NOW! They will get aproximently one third of your settlement, but if everything you've posted is acurate, you have a large claim. Please Please Please heed my advise. Your attorney will tell you that you won't even THINK about settling your claim until your child is at least four weeks old, and until you and your husband both have completed ALL treatment and released from the doctor!
Let us know...

I agree with Lori. You must seek legal advise, otherwise you'll definitely be at loss. An attorney can best give you the proper advise as to legal remedies you must pursue.
