In the CG0001 (0798), is blowout & cratering excluded? I want to say that it's not and that the older policies used to exclude, but now they don't. Is that right?

I guess, blowout and cratering aren't normally covered by the general liability policy. One needs to include these perils as an endorsement to the mother policy by paying extra premium.

My friend, I've heard that usually this type of insurance would provide for coverage worth around $1,000,000. Such an insurance certificate would provide liability coverage to you if the permit is in place.
If you'd take a look at the certificate you'd see in the descriptions of its operations it is clarified that this sort of a permit is being used for lane/sidewalk/community affairs/vending cart/street/sewer connectivity/block party.
So we'd need to see if any of these options would hold good as a synonym to a blowout or cratering. If not then perhaps Lee-bard has an option for you!
Thanks,
