How to i let the insurance company know im ready to settle?

Do i write a letter saying that im ready to discuss a settlement? I know all of my bills and the extent of the injuries. do i write them a letter if i do. what format can i use? what to put in it?

I think you need to continue this under one thread so that you get quicker answers. Just look to the side bar and click on discussions. it will bring up all your latest discussions on this topic. I concur fireyone, I'm getting confused...and think we are answering them more than once, i'm afraid you aren't seeing them all...let's leave this one...

You can write a letter if you want, but I would just call the adjuster, and let them know when you are ready to settle....they may need to review everything and make sure they have all your bills before they talk with you about it....

Sounds like the best route to me. Talking directly would also help clear up any questions one would have and answer other ones they may have along the way. I think the OP should relize that the adjuster is probaly as interested in resolving this claim as much as they are.

That's an understatement...long been an adjuster/claims attage, 'the only good claim is a closed claim' :roll:
