What is the normal policy limits for full coverage auto insurance in tx. Insurance company is hallmark.

There is no "normal" as it's up the individual to choose the limits. Also, you should avoid using the term "full coverage" as this is not a coverage and means something different to different people.

your limits for the auto insurance cover depends upon the which 'make' car you own.
Normally it is not possible for you to get the full insurance.You need to pay some percentage of the amount for the insurance.

I would contact the insurance company itself or call the agent who could sit down or even speak with you over the phone the different coverages and rates you could get. It is much better to do this in person so that you can make sure you are fully aware of everything and you would have the other persons undivided attention since an insurance policy is a very serious matter.
