i am looking for a license agent with a possible ownership

i own a mortgage company owner, i ahve an insurance division that receive at list 60 to 70 leads per month for free. the closing ratio is 50% . i am not an insurance person and i really dont like to be one. i am looking for a license agent who is willing to work with me and have a profit sharing of the company. do you know anybody in the Tucson Arizona area?
