i was coming out of the store parking lot,turning left when the other car was turning left to pull into the store parking lot,when i hit her on the driver side front fender.the damaged to my vehicle was justa scrape in the front bumper,but her damaged was the front left wheel and the left fender.anyways,i called the police and he made the report and he find out the other vehicle did'nt have insurance and had the vehicle towed with the other person being charged for not insurance.now,the other driver got a lawyer and they want to take me to court,i greed from the beginning to have my insurance take care of everything but now she claims pain and damaged to her.what can i do?

Have you reported the claim to your insurance company? If so, you don't have to do anything.
That is, I'm guessing she's just obtained an attorney and not filed suit. Why do you think that "they want to take me to court"? Everyone is entitled to pay for legal representation.

What did the other person's attorney tell you? What are the proceedings from your carrier's end?
