My husband has had diebietes for over 20 years.
Nerraphthy has set in his feet. He is a floor Installer and has broke his foot and did not know becuase of the neraphthy. He is now cofined to a wheel chair with no income. Is there any disability for his condition.

I would think most certainly SS disability would apply here. Also if he has any disability policys thru his employer. You don't say 'how' he broke his foot. That also could make a difference in what might be available to him

Yupp, Lori is right. He might have a policy through his employer. Did he consult with his employer regarding this?

Beacause he can not feel his feet we are not sure how he broke his foot. He did however complain after working Monday That his foot hurt. By wednesday his foot was swollen and took him to the emergency room and that when they confirmed he had broke the bottom of his in two places.
