Can a person complain about the conduct of an insurance agen

I had an unfortunate encounter(professional) at my place of employment where I was dealing with an agent from American Family Insurance. He was rude, condescending and at the time of the visit did not make any complaints about the service he received. A few weeks later, I found a complaint from him in my mailbox at work and his claims about my service we full of mistruths, and he had the guts to come back to our facility and run his mouth again lying to the next person that he dealt with. I have AM Fam but with a different agent and now because of this guys behavior, I want to switch to another insurance company.

Of course you can. It's YOUR choice who you have Insurance with. I've had that happen to me, as well, with an Insurance Co., pertaining to an Auto policy I had. I made a complaint with the Agents Supervisor and told her I was going to switch companies.
