I recently had my license suspended due to a dui and my auto carrier cancelled my policy. Is it possible to get a policy without a valid drivers license as my car is being financed?

No carrier I know of would write an auto policy as most likely the state would require liability insurance.

Do you have someone else that can obtain an insurance policy on the vehicle?

Frankly, if you can't drive the vehicle you may want to see about "returning" it to the lien holder in return for a break on the payments.

I'm guessing that you are going to continue to drive. If so, we will probably see another post from you when you cause an accident with no insurance. At that point you will have dug that hole even deeper. Take my advice and start off on the other foot by taking care of these current matters before making more mistakes.

No company will write it for you however you could go to the DMV and register to your vehicle as no operating and only get liability and see if you finance company will be ok with that.

go to the DMV and register to your vehicle as no operating

(If I'm understanding this post correctly..) If the OP DID go to the DMV and say the 'car is NOT operable' they would be putting in a false claim. It's not the vehicle that is not operable, it's the DRIVER is NOT allowed to drive. However.....usually the DMV does find out matters like this.
