I got rear ended at the grocery store and did not see the damages until I got home later. I only have liability and uninsured motorist coverage..I got a police report and called the insurance company they are sending an adjuster out. What do I need to do to make sure that I get my insurance company to fix my repairs. It seem like this is going to be costly because the bumper is damage on the passenger back side And theres wires loose whn I look closely at the damage..I dont know what to do so worried please help

The situation I guess is a bit tough for you. You should have had Collision and comprehensive coverage in place to save you from such hazards. UMPD provides for the coverage deductible if you have the collision coverage. Liability won't help the damages caused to your car. That's the reason it's so important for all of use to understand the significance of each of our insurance policies.

Ballaline, I'm sorry but I'm having trouble understanding your post...Is the other company (person that hit you) coming to inspect your vehicle or your company? You say you only have liability and UM...if it is not UMPD, and is UMBI, then they cannot fix your vehicle...If you do have UMPD then there is nothing to worry about the rep will look at your vehicle write an estimate and pay you for the damages, less your deductible. If the other (at fault) party's carrier is paying for the damages same thing only no deductible.
