What is the best banks? What is the best grocery store? What is the best restaurante. No can tell another person which one is best... if they could, the others might as well close.
Many insurance companies now allow you to shop rates online. Just go to their sites, fill out the information and you can see what they would charge. You can also call or visit a local independent agent that can shop your information around and tell you different rates and which carrier might be best, based on your personal information and situation. Different carriers offer lower rates to certain people in certain areas.

The 'best' is the most coverage, for the least cost, with the best customer service and support, and all insurance carriers claim that ! I agree (once again) with my esteemed colleague, check out all the sites and get quotes, just be sure you are comparing apples to apples...(ie coverage to coverage/limit to limit). Also word of mouth is a good thing to consider as well talk with some friends, coworkers, family. good luck!
