A tree fell on the roof of my house due to severe wind causing the roof damage. My question is whether my insurance company will cover the costs of damage as well as the removal of tree?

Check first what your policy says. If it provides the coverage for wind then the roof damage will be covered. Most of the home insurance policies pay to remove tree provided the covered peril caused it to fall. For further query regarding the coverage you just contact your agent. :)
