Hi All

We all know that loss assessors work on behalf of the insured i.e. the claimant and help them get the maximum and best settlement of their claim.

I have a very simple question to ask. How do these loss assessors deal with the insurance company?

Anyone can become a victim of burglary. If such kind of tragic incident occurs at your business place then it is not only a trouble but also a reason of stress both for your business as well as your employees.

It is your duty to file a theft insurance claim as soon as the cleanup process gets completed.

I am in the process of starting an EMT school in the state of California. I have been informed that the students we would send out on clinicals/ride-alongs need to be covered by a $1 million policy.

Q? Does anybody know what kind of policy would suffice this requirement? And where to get it?

Question on controlled business

I am just starting out selling life and health insurance. I have a question about the term controlled business. I understand that depending on the state you are only allowed to make a certain percentage commission from policies written on immediate family members or written on yourself, or risk having your license revoked or suspended. What is the definition of immediate family, and does this mean I cannot sell them policies until I start selling to others and building income first.

Business Truck Insurance Get essential Tips

If you own an Business Truck Insurance policy at the time of buying a new vehicle you can simply transfer the policy from one vehicle to another as long as the car's title is in your name as the insurance holder. This commercial truck insurance could prove expensive in some cases, especially when the insurance holder doesn't have a good credit history. Those drivers, who have a very good driving record, and haven't received any traffic tickets in the past, will get the insurance policy at a cheaper rate than others.

Can I get a regular business owner insurance on vacant bldg?

I am purchasing a vacant commercial property and I need an insurance policy. I got a reasonble quote for a regualr business owner policy but I was wondering if I would be able to get a regular business owner policy and the property is vacant. I have also recieved highers quotes for a builders risk policy but that has limited coverage. I plan to start renovations immediately after the closing, so if there are contractors there working on the property daily is the property actually considered vacant?
