Looking further down in that list, I noticed after the list, there is contact information for every insurance company.

Hi the company say they will repair my if i repaired it in the auto shop they selected and give me a car to drive
i went to the auto shop they said they can fix it but doesn't offer car rental
i have a few questions...
i am 22 yr old without a credit card is there anyway possible that i can rent a car from enterprise, avis, etc
will the repair shop just steal my car and claim i never went their before
will the shop use cheap parts. if so can i still file for the insurance i claimed?

Why don't you talk with the claims adjuster first in this respect?
Regarding the rental..I believe they'd be the best to guide you!
Thanks,

Dan, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't go along with this right now, think about it for awhile!!!!

These people have no right to tell you to go anywhere, (neither does an insurance company before anyone throws that out, they can suggest/offer but that is it!)...They have already not been correct right? You went to the shop and they will not give you a car?i am 22 yr old without a credit card is there anyway possible that i can rent a car from enterprise, avis, etc
Very doubtful, however some may just allow you to give them a check that they will return if the rental comes back on time and undamaged, but why would you do this? The 'at fault' party owes you the rental!will the repair shop just steal my car and claim i never went their before
I doubt it, but I guess anything is possible....will the shop use cheap parts. if so can i still file for the insurance i claimed?
Depends what you consider cheap parts...aftermarket? maybe...dan, have you got a few estimates from other body shop? If so how much were they? Also how much is this 'guys' shop chargeing? What is the damage? IMO, you need to really think this thru before you do this.....they at fault party owes you for the repair, this doesn't mean you have to go to his shop.....what was your impression of the shop? Does the shop offer and will they give you a WRITTEN warranty on the repairs? Did they give you an estimate showing EXACTLY 'how' they are going to repair your vehicle? Oh man, I'm really worried about this for you. Did you find out who their insurance carrier was? or do you mean your insurance?Pagination
