Have you all heard that they are discussing an economic stimulus package that includes an $800 for singles and $1600 for married couples, to pump money back into the economy.
Any one have any updates on this?

Nope, not me, I don't rent out anything, you must be talking about dadummy, she has issues about collecting her rent money somewhere on here, not sure where, but I did pm her some information on how to get people out that were not paying their rent. I would not put up with the headache, have enough stress, LOL.
Bad part about fuel perks is once you use them, you have to start all over again, so off to grocery land I go. I need to fill my pick up truck up so I will save the next round of fuel perks for it, it has a bigger tank and it sits a lot, so after a month or so of perks I will take it in and fill it up, gas guage doesn't work right so I don't really trust it, LOL. It stops working after half a tank, it is sitting right there now.

Well that we are all eager to get it and have discussed when, how much and why, but none of us have said what we are going to do with it? So, what's up people, what are you going to do with your economic stimulus bucks? Anybody have any great plans.
I am just going to pay off a bill, yeah, can not to be debt free one of these days, LOL and I won't have say that ever again.

Well it got past the house, now if the senate would get off their bums and get moving, we may see some money soon. I too will pay some bills, no fun money here. It is not a major amount, just enough to get me a month or so ahead in life and once I buy some heat, I will be back where I was, but it would give me some much needed breathing room. Winter time is always a little tough, utilities are a little higher, of course gas is through the roof. Oh, listen to me whine. I am done now.

The Treasury Department says that despite the strains of tax filing season, the IRS will be able to begin delivering the payments within 60 days after President Bush signs the plan into law, and complete the process in approximately 10 weeks, possibly sooner. The payments would come separately from regular tax refunds.
"The IRS has already begun trying to prepare for this," said Andrew DeSouza, a Treasury spokesman. "They'll be ready to go."
Ok, it is looking like they treasury department is ready!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
