Did the ExamFX help? I want to know before I purchase it. I plan to study to become an agent. Thanks...

You may find that a live-instruction class will meet your needs more satisfactorily. Although I don't teach in Texas, the company I teach for conducts classes in several major Texas cities on a regular basis -- I developed the PowerPoint presentations they have been using the last 18 months. First time pass rates are in the mid-80%. Send me a "PM" and I'll give you more details on who the company is, and how to get more information about our courses.

I just passed both the Life and Accident/Health exams this morning, and I did all my studying through ExamFX.
My test results:
88% & 92% on the Life Exam
92% & 96% on the Health Exam
I found overall that the materials, quizzes, tests, and bonus questions on ExamFX were more than sufficient to prepare me for both exams. The questions on ExamFX were surprisingly similar (and in some instances, nearly identical) to the ones on my actual exams. So, not only did the chapters and lessons prepare me well in the content they provided, but the practice testing materials prepared me well for the real-life questions.
I did find (and document) nearly 20 spelling, grammar, and other similar errors in the quizzes and practice tests, and this was VERY FRUSTRATING. On certain occasions, the mistakes were so bad that it changed the meaning of the question or answer, or even made it impossible to tell what they were actually asking.
I have documented all of these mistakes/errors, taken screen shots of the problems, and submitted them to the company. Hopefully they clean things up, because to me, since the content is their bread-and-butter, the stuff should be IMPECCABLE!
Overall, I would recommend them to others, and give them an 8.5 out of 10.0 rating. If they fix those annoying mistakes and fill out the material with a few more example videos than what they have, and it might get a 10.0!

THANKS, For the info I just have so much time in examfx that i hate to find someone new. Put I need to pass the state test and the way it is going with examfx I do not see that coming to pass. They have alot of good info they just need to put it in a format that makes sense. the simulated text is so scattered and poorly worded that you can not make heads or tails out of what they are asking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EXAMFX TO ANYONE AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE MY EMPLOYER RECOMMENDS IT FOR US

Curious about ExamFX. Theoretically, they have changed their materials to better reflect the test.
To Randolph- what state are you in and who is your employer, if I could ask? I am in the education business and was curious as to whether your company is one of our corporate partners, and if not, why not. I do not work for ExamFX, I assure you, I'm just wondering.

I have used ExamFx for P & C and Life and Health. I had more time to study for the P & C test, and thought I knew every inch of all of the sections, and barely passed with a 70 on the first try, and I thought I had almost aced the test. It makes me wonder because they don't show you what questions you missed, just how many you missed in each section. Just a scam if you ask me. The Life and Health is even worse! I am on my fourth try now, and I have studied every inch of the material numerous times. The questions are very confusing as to what they are acually asking from the question on all of the quizzes, practice exams, and even at the actual testing sites(prometric). I feel like the actual test at prometric asks dumb questions that no one would ever need to know, and not the real "meat and potatoes" of insurance that we should be getting tested over. I would NOT recommend ExamFX or Prometric Testing center. Maybe it is because I am new to insurance(age 23), but I really think you would be going wrong with this program.

I used Kaplan Financial and passed both Life and P&C on the first try. I think everyone in my life class passed. The Kaplan instructors are the BEST. My test was by Prometric. The Kaplan practice exams were very similar to the actual tests.
