Financial advisers who have sold certain types of retirement and other benefit plans to small businesses might soon be facing a wave of lawsuits — unless Congress decides to take action soon.

Hi, I live in NYS,

My fiancé committed suicide and his family out of town family beliefs it’s my entire fault because they feel I stressed him out. However, my fiancé had a drinking problem and was depressed and committed suicide on the day his brother died in which he never got over his brother’s death.

I tried getting him some help, and we when to counseling a year to date of his death, because he always grieved for his brother every year around the same time his brother died.

Taxpayers who previously adopted 419, 412i, captive insurance or Section 79 plans are in
big trouble.

In recent years, the IRS has identified many of these arrangements as abusive devices to
funnel tax deductible dollars to shareholders and classified these arrangements as "listed
transactions."

I am a military family member and the government contracted out to have our household goods shipped to our next destination. While the packers were packing, they made numerous comments on how nice our home was and how many shoes I had; specifically. Well, four months later when we got our shipment, approx 20 boxes was missing; including over 90% of my shoes. All in all the total amount being claim was about 30k. I first call every company involved to see if maybe the boxes was lost or left behind and no one had any listing of them.
