I have been scammed by this company... to the tune of $20,000. I have failed to find ANYONE who can help me on this matter; no govt agency will. This is tragic and frustrating, and DEVASTATING. Can you think of what I might try to do to get justice?

this inurance company is a big ass scam and fraud. they rip descent ppl like myself. for paying a big monthly payment in return i got nothing paid on my medical bills. im now stuck paying all of my medical bills at an arrangement with the doctors. i hate cinergy and yes we need to band together in a class action lawsuit against this fraudulant and scamming company. :x

I am Tom White and I do want to come clean, so here I go. Want to apologies to all the suckers that purchased the "so called" health insurance from us. We just laid off over 30 people this past Friday and 2 months ago at least a dozen. I did keep about 25 of my close friends and family to work (better yet, to siphon more money from the owner Danny T.). Those 25 are my protection, just in case I get fired. I do provide all those that I kept with a sure sale leads. I have been doing this forever. I gave the OK to my right hand manager, MJ to make sure that all will get something but there are at least 4 people that get the most sure sale leads. We did take many of the other hard working agent’s leads and gave it to my nepotism friends and family. I can go on and on but I do not want to bore you suckers to death but I will leave you with one more good news. I had my ex-brother-in-law, Mike, hired as one of the floor managers. This guy has no knowledge what so ever about health insurance, let alone any insurance except that he knows that if he does not have car insurance, he will lose his driver license. So you can see that you are in good hands. So, now that you suckers know more about me and my closes friends, you can rest a sure that you can buy health insurance through us with confidence. Have no idea how this could be done, but if you figure out a lawsuit ANYONE, please add us to your list! We had standard physicals, which at the very least should be covered $70....they categorize it as 'office call' right? Claims denied due to PREXISTING CONDITION!!! What, being alive? First time we tried to use it since Dec 2008. 2x rate increases finally to 599.99! Lost dollars. Last rep I spoke to said: "If you had had better insurance you would have thrown MORE away!" WOW!
I was scheduled for a minor outpatient surgery. They said they would pay 80% to Dr. / 25% to anest. BUT nothing to the facilty (Hospital! Do they think surgery is done in a parking lot?) Asked if they would pay anything to hospital if I stayed overnight (in patient rather than out patient?) NOPE!

Cinergy Health is NOT a life insurance agency. As its name implies, they transact HEALTH INSURANCE!! But that's all they are is an agency. Nothing special about that at all.
