I have been scammed by this company... to the tune of $20,000. I have failed to find ANYONE who can help me on this matter; no govt agency will. This is tragic and frustrating, and DEVASTATING. Can you think of what I might try to do to get justice?

Ah yes...Cinergy Health Insurance. I have written about them. In fairness, their plans provide a specific benefit that is suitable for certain situations.
