It is a company that provides novel and reasonable health coverage solutions for families or individuals who cannot otherwise afford health insurance. This plan in parts of NC is considered a discount card. This is not accepted through Novant Health. Patients get pulled into the advertising but in reality specialty services are not covered. BEWARE!!!!

These people are the lowest form of life in this country. I need a procedure done,that was done while i was in the hospital, again and they wont pay for it i hate these people

Not a question, just a comment, I had Cinergy Health, it was ok, the problem I had was, the Insurance Certificate Schedule guarantees premium rate will not change for 12 months. within 4 months my premium was going up $30. the explanation was, the company they wrote thru raised the rates. I thought the Guarantee that I had was a Guarantee, guess it was'nt...

Thanks for your note. On this particular policy, the rates were guaranteed for every 12 months from the time the policy was issued or renewed to the group (their association) not the individual.

Becareful. This is a scam and not a reliable insurance company. you will be paying ten times when you go to a specialist and you will be better off without it.

Cinergy is an AGENCY, not an insurance company. Don't know why people can't figure this one out.
