Can your doctor force you to pay a copay, just to have him fill out a physical form? He's says he must call it an appt. when I go in today and have this form filled out. Is this legal?

I was recently hired by some teachers in Florida to conduct a thorough review of their life insurance portfolios. After spending several hours examining the documents, I came across something that not only triggered the proverbial red flags but the red glare of skyrockets bursting against a night sky.

There are Financial Services/Insurance Firms out there that can only be described as cults.

These cults come in three (3) distinct sects.

Guys..its truly interesting to see so many people have expressed their grievances at this fraud forum.

It needs a lot of guts to stand against frauds & I'm amazed to see a couple of you have really done that. I still remember the day (Dec, 2003) that my fiance went on to see the American Family Insurance representative & got a car insurance policy for us.

It was quite a shock for me when our car got stolen after that. American Family seemed quite proactive to meet the claim initials as we were to shift from that place the next day.

Some thing must have really gone wrong with the insurance carriers these days & ALLSTATE insurance company is no exception. What I perceive is that- the flood damages are covered under the National Flood Insurance Prog which is supported by the federal govt. & has subsidies in the form of tax-payers.

Hi, I'm the owner of a body shop in LA. I've been charged by Farmers insurance company to have formed a part of a scam aimed to deprive Farmers & its consumers worth quite a lot of money. I'm aware that there are a number of body shops forwarding fraudulent claims & looking for damages related to those frauds. But i'm sure I'd been honest & that could well be the beginning of trouble for me.
