I am not so sure about that GN. They probaly would have to have their own also. It may be a big risk for the plaza themselves. My sister and I go annually to one of the biggest craft shows in PA. It lines the whole main street of a major town (Clarion PA). Her friend that works there selling her crafts said they have to carry insurance. So I imagine it would apply elsewhere.

I know there is insurance like this also. I am wondering if it is like the insurance you have to pay to a hall to have a wedding reception or a fund raiser. I knw when we rented a hall on different occasions like this we had to pay for insurance in case of any damages to the property or in case we did not clean up.

You mean the hall did not provide the insurance, around here it is a deposit and if somebody smashes it up they are asked to pay the damages, if they don't then they are taken to the magistrate and served an arrest warrant is served to go and pay the piper.

No we had to pay the hall for the extra insurance to begin with. What really got me was that when we went back the next day the workers from the hall that served our dinner took all the extra meat home. We had lots of extra food and was planning on warming it up while we were cleaning the hall and the only thing left was green beans and potatoes. The also took the center peice from the bridal table. My sister in law was the l;ast to leave and lock up. Everytnhing was there when she left but someone came in and took it later...had to be someone wiht a key cause how else would they get in? We were never reimbursed and I just let it go. I did use my "word of mouth" though and let people know not to rent the hall.
