I have a felony for 3 bad checks in 10 days and uttering and publishing. Is it possible to get an insurance lic in the state of Michigan?

Call the State of MI insurance department.

you have to disclose it......and file a waiver......they will make you jump thru some hoops....look at their web site.....look for felony wavier.....and try to look up there enforcements.....you will see where they gave waviers.....and what they look like....good luck.....
