my husband is excluded on my insurance and someone hit us

My husband was driving my car because i was unable to at the time. A man cut us off and hit my car. My husband is excluded from my insurance what will happen?

if your husband is found at fault, coverage will not be extended as he is an excluded driver. if the other guy is found at fault, his insurance will pay as it wouldn't have anything to do with being excluded driver under your policy.
