both vehicles were parked in my driveway. the wind started pretty strong which caused our basketball hoop to fall over falling into the back bumper of one and bouncing into the front bumper of the other causing minor damage. they called their insurance co and are getting estimates. are we liable for 100% of the damage?

You can call your homeowner's insurance company and ask them.

Will this be covered under collision insurance? Or is it gonnabe considered as an 'Act of God'?

For the owner of the home, this has nothing to do with auto insurance. For the owners of the vehicles, this has nothing to do with collision -- it is a "comprehensive" or "other than collision" loss.

As for "acts of God" . . . that's an insurance company's escape clause for avoiding claims for things unexpected that are not otherwise excluded in a policy. They use it because they know that God will not come to court to testify in His defense.

"We don't know how the window broke . . . it must have been an act of God, and we don't cover acts of God."
