I need to get my license back, but I have no car and no insurance, and no car please help out, I can't drive to work without it. My cousin has been nice enough to let me drive his car, but I need my license first!!!!

First, let me know why you don't have your driving license anymore? The course of action will depend on the reason behind your loss of license.

If you cannot afford the insurance, you should (a) not have a driver license and (b) definitely not be driving any vehicle unless you have the insurance.
There are plenty of other ways to get to work, explore them all.

I assume you need an SR-22 filed? Contact local agents and explain your situation to them. You should be able to find an agent who can help you get the auto insurance you need to get your license back.

First thing is get the auto insurance and follow the rules. You must consult local agent near to you to get things done. It is a serious offence to drive a vehicle without insurance. Not only to follow the rules but also it is safe to have an auto insurance for your vehicle.
