Hi guys, I'm thinking of pursuing higher studies in the United states. Are there any heath insurance policies specifically aimed at the international students?

It's always beneficial to apply for international student health insurance plan while studying abroad. Such plans are even smoother to qualify for.

Students who've come from abroad are more prone to certain risks due to their lack of awareness. A quality health insurance policy might just save certain unforeseen health risks.

Yes, medical treatments could really be expensive for students who're staying in the US for a short period. International health insurance could save them worth thousands. It provides them with quality coverage from insurers who're in the business for long. If you're on your 'F' visa, you should have the basic coverage in place.

Absolutely!
It's quite necessary that you take care of your health during your brief stay in the US. It has become tougher with the increasing medical costs. In case you fail to afford it, you might need to go back to your homeland.
