There's a debate over our Patient Protection and Affordable care act of late. Is it really gonna affect the doctors?

Yeah, this act is all about mandatory coverage for all of us. I'm sure that it will create a higher demand for primary care physicians in the market. The number of PCPs would be too small as compared to the number of patients.

As the health reform commenced, the PCPs have failed to live up to the demand. The adverse effects on our physicians have added to their frustrations and urged them to quit.

I guess the number of medical graduates that joined PCPs have come down to less than 5% in the recent times. With lower earnings and rising costs of maintaining medical offices, it has become harder for them opt for PCPs.
