I am considering joining NAA as an insurance agent and was looking for information on this company and found a lot of bad comments scam related, but just realized they are all pretty old. Has anything changed with them or are they still considered close to be a scam?

NAA isn't a scam. The problem for most experienced agents is the business model and the agent contract.
