My father side of the family is holding onto a trust fund that was left for me by his sisters. They are all dead now and my cousins are in possession of the bank information. They refuse to confirm that the trust exist. How can i find out if a trust fund is in my name?

I guess there's an unclaimed property dept. under the State Dept. of Revenue. Information regarding such funds would be there in this dept. for a certain period of time. Otherwise you may search it at the state treasurer's unclaimed property web-page.

You'll probably need an attorney or private detective to help you with this, it is not an insurance matter.
