I just received a copy of Consumer Checkbook, a division of Consumer Reports which is regional and rates services. I found out about it from a customer a few years ago who came in to show me that my body shop was rated #1 in my area. :wink: The latest volume includes a rating of auto insurers. It's worth reading.

Does this copy cover only the things concerning your area? Or is it that it has different volumes for all the states?

I think they release the same platform in 7 regions at the same time, adding in specifics for each.
