what is director's liability.
There are some liabilities belonging to the directors of corporations that may amount to liability of paid-leaves and wages, job-sphere liabilities, environmental obligations as well as liabilities that fall under corporate statutes. These liabilities are termed as the director's liability and would come under different statutes.
But may I know the reason of your query?
It would then be easier for me to guide you since in the recent years I've observed a consistent effort from the tax authorities towards pursuing directors regarding unremitted source deductions, sales taxes due etc.
