Being July 3, is our company late for a change of plan year to August 31, 2010 to delay effect of certain health reform provisions applicable to plan yeras beginning after October 1, 2010.

The October 1 date is the key. Just because it may be too late to obtain an August 1 policy/plan year date, my calendar still puts October after September.
