help finding sinkhole insurance for non-owner occupied home

If anyone knows of a company that provides sinkhole coverage for non-owner occupied houses in Tennessee, please provide some names. Many companies offer sinkhole insurance on owner-occupied homes, but not a home that is rented.

I might find that companies want more money than I want to pay for the insurance, but I haven't found anything. Thanks for any info.

We had our home damaged by a hail storm. State farm came out and approved everything. Roof, siding and gutters. I picked a contractor but rather than put back the old aluminum siding we chose to use vinyl. When it came time to get the depreciation state farm changed the scope, lowering it almost 10,000. When I called they said that since I went back with vinyl thats all they will pay. The contractor has since put a lein on my house because I havnt paid the bill (because state farm never paid me)

Hello,
In December of 2012, I was quoted 489$ for condo insurance + 437$ for car. The pay period is 6 months. In 3 years for the same coverage my insurance is now 582$ and 476$ for car. Is this increase in cost justifiable?

We had hail damage. I then contracted out the work to various companies, and dealt with the issues that came up with them. I would like to get reimbursed for my time, just like any general I would have hired. Is there a way to go about that. Thank you in advance.
